Systems And Serives Tech,Inc.once Union Acceptance Cor.is a big dishonest company that should get investagated. This company has false manager sand supervisors. This company SST was once Union Acceptance that filed bankrupcy in April 17, 2003 thats when SST short cut forS ystems And Serives Tech,Inc. took over with the help of J.P. Morgan Chase Bank. This is when folks all our accounts got railroaded with miscellious unknown charges and fees applied to auto loan accounts. People like Isabella Straford, Catky Stahl, Jacob Smith, Karen Crenshaw, and most I go on with the fake names who pretend to be managers who are like telemarket reps. without an Accounting degree and customer service skills . These people are rude, unhelpful, and unsuffcient. They will mess up your auto loan account and lie to you that you owe more than you do. Please keep up with your payment studs and keep all your dated documents. I am sueing them because they like to take advantage of seniors but this senior is ready to fight in court .

I have had the same problem with this company back in 1999 and 2000. The only difference is that the company, from which I bought my car from, was located in Topeka, Kansas. I do not know who the manager is now, but back then, I had major problems with Karen Via, who was the UAC manager at both Topeka, Kansas and Lincoln, Nebraska locations. I have recently looked up information on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website and was shocked to see that this company was in good standing with them, only due to the fact that, I guess, a company has to have been sued a number of times within a 36-month period in order to have a bad standing with BBB. My problems with UAC, which back then stood for Univeral Acceptance Corporation, was tht they had twice wrongfully repossessed my car, according to a statute within a law in Kansas pertaining to repossesing properties. In the end, they Attorney General of the state of Kansas let the complaint go after UAC reimbursed me $100.00. I, on the other hand, feel as though they should have been held liable for punitive damages, but I have found Kansas to be more so on the side of businesses than civilians, unfortunately. I wish you luck on your complaint, J.B. That company really does need to be investigated by the right people.
