Absolutely terrible. After speaking with Larry from this company, multiple times, including details of packing in regards to vacuum sealed bags for clothes and large plastic containers I was quoted at approx. $3100 to move from NY to NC. This price seemed very fair. This company was persistent in getting my business and solidifying it with a deposit. They seemed legit and honest and were very quick to answer phone calls and questions so my husband and I booked them. On the day of arrival 2 men arrived at my condo and immediately stated that they were never told I lived in a 4 story walk up ; this was in my contract though. They then proceeded to tell me that ALL belongings must be packed in boxes and boxes only. I explained to them that I spoke with the company multiple times and they told me they could only pack the truck once everything was boxed properly. They then quoted us at $9750 for the amount of boxes needed and time. When I called the company myself I was only able to get in touch with an answering service. After 5 calls I was finally called back my one of the supervisors; 5 hours after my initial pick up was to be taken place. Larry, who had called me non-stop prior to the moves phone was disconnected. The supervisor told me, although they apologized for the confusion and the fact that we were no longer able to have our stuff picked up or delivered on the dates set they still refused to provide us with any compensation. I ended up having to dispute the deposit, $775, with my bank. I beg of you to never use this company. Total scam artists.

Absolutely terrible. After speaking with an associate "L" from this company, multiple times, including details of packing in regards to vacuum sealed bags for clothes and large plastic containers I was quoted at approx. $3100 to move from NY to NC. We also called back and added on a couple more items and again, the quote seemed very fair; now approx. $3400. I explained to them that I spoke with the company multiple times and was assured that although they state in the contract "no plastic bags" they clarified this as garbage bags or flimsy plastic material. I was told on more than one occasion that the durable plastic containers and vacuum sealed bags were absolutely ok. (I even described the exact dimensions of the containers and vacuum bags and told "L" what brand they were as to be as specific as possible during my inquiry.). They proceeded to tell me they could only pack the truck once everything was boxed properly. They then quoted us at $9750 for the amount of boxes needed and time stating that the price was increased from $3.75 per cubic foot to $6.50 per cubic foot. When I called the company myself I was only able to get in touch with an answering service. After 5 calls I was finally called back my one of the supervisors; 5 hours after my initial pick up was to be taken place. "L" who had called me non-stop prior to the move gave me a busy tone for the entire day. I also texted him and e-mailed him, all of which are methods we used to contact each other. I have yet to hear back from "L". The supervisor told me, although they apologized for the confusion and the fact that we were no longer able to have our stuff picked up or delivered on the dates set, the were not going provide us with any compensation. I ended up having to dispute the deposit of, $775 with my bank because I was told it was "non refundable" even after admission of guilt on the companies behalf. I would never again use this company.
