I have had run ins with rebates before. Your information is sent to a rebate center for t-mobile. Have you checked with them? I couldn't find a phone number from my research, but I did locate their website to track the rebate. http://www.tmobilerebates.com On this site you will see if you rebate has been received. It will also inform you, if you were not eligible for the rebate, the reason why it was declined. If there is no information on your rebate try contacting the rebate department and ask about it. If this is no avail, contact their customer care department to see if it can be resolved. Just to see what rebates were offered for your phone around November and December, I selected that I was a new customer and that I had the E105 purchased on 12/01/2004. This was my result: "There were no offers that matched your search criteria" Some companies use a generic rebate form. Did yours specify the phone model and the dates that this rebate was good until?
