T-mobile Phone refund not complete Albuquerque New Mexico
1) Bought two phones for $107 - returned them - tmobile credited me $106.98
2) Bought two different phones for $107 - tmobile credited me $53.49 and claimed they only received one phone. Due to the fact that I cannot find the UPS return number - the supervisor at Tmobile says I will never get my money back.
Made at least 10 calls plus hours of my time to reach the point where I give up, and will have to cut my losses. As soon as the contract finishes, I will be switching forever.
