T-mobile has bought up Suncom, and has been shaky with their billing to my family plan so far, but could be worse. However, when we were with Suncom, they tried this exact thing with us, and there was nothing we could do except start a new plan that definitely did have roaming included. Mind you, on day 1 of plan 1, we were told that there was no roaming charges by a sales-lady who was absolutely wrong and lying to us, or utterly ignorant. Supposedly they had changed their policy just days before it turned out, but there was no compensation. And they were jerks about the whole thing.
