I do not know how people can be surprised by the bill that shows up in their mailbox. T-Mobiles provides excellent detailed billing online. You are also given the tool of #646#. It will actually show you how many minutes you have used and how many minutes you are over. Yes- you may have been misled- but you must also be smarter than the phone. If someone you didn't know just came running out of your house with a bag with a money sign on it and told you nothing happened- would you take his word for it? No. You would investigate. T-Mobile is a company out to make money. Companies will find loop-holes to make this money. It is your job as a smart consumer to protect yourselves using the tools you are granted. We are too quick to place the blame on a cust. service rep when all we could have done was to go check online what kind of plan we had.
