Michael, Who knows what happened. Maybe it got lost, maybe it was never received by Young America. But to blame T-Mobile in your case would be to blame T-Mobile if your Moto razr v3 went bad even though T-Mobile didn't make it, Motorola did. Young America is simply a company that has an agreement to send you a check after they recieve your submission. This is my suggestion, call Young America again.
