Editor’s Comment: 04/09/2018-. Ripoff Report believes in transparency and the more information the better. In this instance, there has been court action regarding this subject Report. We believe it important to note that not all Court Orders are alike. Many court orders are absolutely legitimate and we make no representations about this court order situation. However, we want our users to be aware that sometimes courts enter orders based upon default which typically means that the defendant didn’t show up. Sometimes a defendant won’t show up because they didn’t even get notice of the case proceedings in the first place and other times defendants may not show up because they don’t necessarily have the knowledge and/or the financial resources to fight. Still, in other instances, a defendant may simply appear only to stipulate (settle) the case by agreeing to stipulate to a court order because they are being bullied by the plaintiff and whether what they said was true or not, they just want the matter to go away so they can move on with life and make the plaintiff go away. T1 Payments requested we fly to another state to meet them in person. They told us they had merchant processing solution for our credit card processing so special that only a few select few individuals would get "invited" to use their service. They told us that their merchant processing was perfect for our type of online advetzing needs. We took the bait. T1 Payments requested we pay them $20,000 to set up offshore corps. Thank God we only sent them $3000 to start. Heres how it all went down: They suppled no usable service - no merchant accounts. When we complainted and asked for our money back - they stated they would refund our $3000 in 7 days. 7 days later they told us to go "f%cK ourselfs". All documented in emails no less. These is is a band of fast talking unprofessional con artists. Stay away from T1 Payments! T1 is owned by Donald Kasdan and right arm is Michael Carrasco who likes to say he has 18 years experience in merchant processing. Both of them make outragous claims and promise the world. But at the end of the day they cant deliever - and busienss out $3000 bucks plus costs to deal with these crooks.

I would like to address the accusations of Mr. Joe Wanamaker (aka DRadvertizer) of UR Media Group. We did meet with Mr. Wanamaker as well as a few of his partners at our office to discuss what we can do for him in regards to getting him the processing volume he needed. We did agree to assist UR Media Group in filing the paperwork for the Requested corporations through a third party consulting firm. The UR Media Group was aware of the cost to open each of the corporations along with the fact that the corporation costs were passed through directly to them. A total of $3000.00 was paid to the U.K. Corporate filing company for their corporate filing. This was in no way a payment to T1 Payments. This is not a service that we provide nor something that is done on a regular basis, this was a specific request by Mr. Joe Wanamaker and UR Media Group. Mr. Wanamaker requested assistance in filing for international corporations, so we facilitated his requests through our consulting company overseas. His requests were fulfilled and the cost for these Corp filings was passed on directly to Mr. Wanamaker. Mr. Wanamaker was fully aware of the cost for this service, and agreed to all costs incurred. T1 payments did not profit from this nor were we at Liberty to refund any of the funds, as the services and products requested were fulfilled per the invoice that Mr. Wanamaker agreed upon. He is simply upset due to some indiscretions on his own part that caused T1 payments to discontinue doing business with his company and him. So let’s make sure that we tell the whole story instead of blaming T1 Payments. We did attempt to obtain a refund from the U.K. corporate filing office but were met with the response that there are absolutely no refunds in regards to business registration. As most business owners are aware there are no refunds in obtaining any type of business license, permit, registration or other business filing. We do wish that this situation would have worked out better for all parties involved but unfortunately it did not. Mr. Wanamaker and his colleagues knew that by altering the URLs/Websites they would be in violation of our agreed terms. If in the future UR Media Group or any of their partners would like to revisit this opportunity we would be willing to entertain the possibility, as long as they can commit to the agreed terms.
