As a graduate of non profit Master degree program during contemporeneous events involving Enron AIG Arthur Andersen I knew the troubling signs of accounting gone wrong. I became a member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers a Portland Oregon foreign based non profit. I started seeing cultural concerns in its operation. I began to study its public non profit IRS forms. They told a tale of many stories. I used those forms to ask targeted question to NAPPS leaders they could not or would not answer. Jason Orme of TKW was brought in to issue writings purported to be opinions.
TKW does not represent the 2200 members of a non profit such as NAPPS is instead he repesents leadership gone awry. I suppose those viewing this review could be of differing persuasions. In fact a controlling board may like such an accounting firm. Yet other stakeholders may say no to such enronian activities.
His opinions are shown wrong at nest and outright Enronian at worse. To be far with all the date I have it all listed here bit.ly/1ibjKJQ
