Talent Hunter TOTAL SCAM NO WAY TO CONTACT CASTING AGENTS JUST A RANDOM LISTING SITE STOLE MY MONEY AND NO REFUND POLICY Sherman Oaks California
I kept getting emails to my hotmail account and I deleted the first 100 and then I was stupid and bit and I went to their site. It showed a 3-day membership for 1.99 sounded like it wouldn't be a big deal so I bought it. 3 weeks later I get my bank statement and find they charged me 199.99. Wow---that's quite a different story than what the site shows! Well I emailed good old customer service (more like morons that want to keep your money and no service) and they said this:

Our records show you purchased a one-year membership for $199.99. We normally do not issue pro-rated refunds. Given that you waited three weeks to contact us about this, we're not inclined to issue a refund to you. We have provided you with an extra 100 days of Gold membership, so you have 436 days left. Sorry, but that's the best we can offer to you.
It says they normally do not but they really never issue refunds---don't buy into this scam!! read all the other reports and don't be stupid and fall for this!! You can get FREE open calls and you can call the talent agencies and casting directors YOURSELF!! Look them up online!!!! HAVE A NICE DAY!
