Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Ford Explorer 2004 sold to me around November 2011. I believe the vehicle has been flooded before I bought it. However, that's not what I'm complaining about. I am behind on my payments and the dealership sent their goon squad out to repossess the vehicle.  The person was very rude ad threatening and I fear for my life.  I have since filed a police report and have tried to reach the owner, to no avail.   The salespeople and collector, Joy, have not not been very helpful.  Joy has broken FDCPA collection laws and is in violation.  I would like to speak with the owner of the company and TRY to  come to to some type of agrrement regarding this debt.

After the complaint.....
I made a complaint after Talisman Motors sent out a goon squad to repossess my car and they broke the FDCPA collection laws. Charlie Talisman? called me and rudely said "are you gonna bring me my money or what" he didn't want to address any issues regarding his collection practices.  So I asked him if that's how he spoke to his customers. He rsponded by saying he needs to pay his bills and I need me to pay mine and hung up.

Did you have a carfax done on the explorer

Before you purchased the explorer was there a car fax done on it? When I buy a car I have a car fax done before I drive it off the lot . If its an excellent report I buy it. If it was totalled and rebuilt then I back off of it and not buy the car.

You defaulted on the agreement

"I would like to speak with the owner of the company and TRY to  come to to some type of agreement regarding this debt."

You already had an agreement. You defaulted. The seller has no legal obligation to renegotiate the contract.

In what way did the 'goon squad' threaten you?

What FDCPA laws were broken?
