This purchase is 100% valid for the following reasons:
Ms. Pierce purchased the product on January 2, 2013 online from the Talk Fusion website, www.talkfusion.com. Among the Terms Ms. Pierce agreed to was the 3-day refund policy.
Per Talk Fusion’s Legal Counsel, the Policies & Procedures are written in accordance with State and Federal Law.
Please note, all system requirements are posted at www.talkfusion.com to allow users to ensure adequate resources are available. When anybody is broadcasting, the Talk Fusion servers take all of the inbound streams, both video and audio, and then combines them in order rebroadcast it back to the viewer(s). Even if you are not talking but your microphone is on, you are still sending data.
The person who has the least amount of resources (whose camera is lit up), the server is waiting for the data to be received; so it can be redistribute the data to all other parties on the conference. If their bandwidth is bad, it can create a delay for all viewers; regardless of the bandwidth strength of other participants on the broadcast. This is not within the control of Talk Fusion, nor is it an indication that the Talk Fusion product does not work.
Talk Fusion stands by our previous decision that no refund is due.

Our award-winning Customer Support Team is trained to help customers with technical problems like you experienced. They are available every day, around the clock, via email for all questions related to system requirements or the Talk Fusion product. Our FAQs page also has our system requirements listed for customers wishing to send Talk Fusions Video Email, as well as answers to the most commonly asked questions we receive.

We wanted to also note that Talk Fusions Terms of Service, Policies & Procedures and Terms & Conditions are readily available to be read on the home page at TalkFusion.com. Additionally, our Customers must read them before joining Talk Fusion during the purchase process. They must check a box to agree to them before we allow them to use Talk Fusion.
Were sorry you dont agree with our 3 day return policy and assumed it was 30 days, but many legitimate companies have return periods less than 30 days. Talk Fusion was unable to offer you a refund because, as you stated, you made a mistake and waited too long to test the product.
We have always made our Terms of Service, Policies & Procedures and Terms & Conditions available, and we have extensively trained each member of our Customer Support Team so that he or she may answer any question that is presented to him or her from a Customer.
