After moving to Talk Talk some months ago, I experienced a constant drop in my internet services, so I issued my Terms and Conditions to Talk Talk. Since these idiots clearly ignore contract law knowing full well that my T&C supersede their own, and have threatened to issue a default on my credit file for non payment of the internet services that I barely received, I'd like to tarnish the image of one of the leading telecommunications providers of telephone and internet by filing this report. 

In addition, my partner is with Talk Talk and experiences a drop in internet services every couple of minutes. It's a d**n poor service, especially when they are charging almost £17 per month line rental.

Overall, I would not recommend that anyone moves to Talk Talk. It might be cheap, but it's not with the line rental. I recevied slow speeds for Internet since my move, and it constnatly dropped so I had to constantly log into a BT Wifi hotspot. 

Moving internet providers was an absolute nightmare since there was some kind of a 'block' on my account. Anyhow, all sorted now and with another provider. I'm not paying for a piss poor service, so Talk Talk can issue their default against my credit record, but this report will remain online indefinitely. In the future, Talk Talk, you need to provide a better and consistent service, one that gives the customer what they are paying for.
