Complaint Review: Talk2apastor - Gainesville Florida

Someone whom we have never met before by the name of Arthur Ellingsen who runs this Talk2apastor about 2 years ago sent a fairly thick package to South Jersey Bible Church International in Pitman NJ.  There was a letter written by this person who stated that they were appointed by a court in Illinois to serve the contents of this pacakge.

Never having met this person at any time prior to receiving this package it was only appropriate to find out from this Illinois court if in fact this appointment was valid.  It was stated to us that the appoinment was not legitimate and the legal matter had been resolved and was not the whole story or facts.  If I am not mistaken, that is a criminal act that this person has committed.  

We asked the court in So. Illinois if there were documents or paperwork that was excluded in the matter and if this person has had any involvement, had testified, or had appeared in this legal matter regarding someone who had attended a sister church.  Apparently from what we learned is that several exhonorating documents were excluded such as a police report, results from a rapekit test that had no findings, and other factors that I can only assume is an attempt to "get even" for whatever reason.

We asked this member about this and learned that this arthur person has had a history of presenting himself to be numerous titles and positions.  On Yahoo the person uses several pseudonyms that apparently have been removed as a result of multiple TOS violations using pastorart1974, pastorart1974_nc, pastorartmccoy, pastor.gainesville, and there may be others.  This Arthur person basically responds to posts on anything and everything on the net. 

This Art person by sending us this packet and letter has committed an illegal act or crime of unlawful impersonation and false personatation.  This Art rebutted to a valid complaint filed against him and commits the same act of libel/slander by the way he rebutts to the complaint.  There is nothing solid character-wise about them.

Let me include a website http://talk2apastor.blogspot.com where there is further admission of crimes posted by a person who claims they are "victim" and doing extensive search it was learned that this Art also created a publication on a churchangel website basically saying that they are appointing themselves to be something they really are not. 

The blogspot site and church angel listing are tell-tale signs of a con-artist.  This Art and Talk2apastor uses suspect or suspicious terminology on their site that just isn't normal practices and I have noticed that when complaints are filed against Talk2apastor this Art basically in nature attacks to get a burger king effect "have it your way".  

Things to know about Art and Talk2apastor:
-The Internal Revenue Service has no record of Talk2apastor or Arthur Ellingsen they are not exempt and not registered and they affirm this Talk2apastor has never had any type of registration with their agency.

-The name is not trademarked or registered with the patent and trademark office

-There is no evidence to conclude the legitimacy of Art or Talk2apastor.

Art states that he types his phone number in a "weird-way" so that search engines do not call him. (Red Flag-search engines do not call anyone, solicit, or keep phone lists.  They search for relevant data and results based on typed data requests).

Talk2apastor operated by the guise of Art Ellingsen I am led to believe or understand by their own behaviors and reactions they are anything but "honest" and legal. This is a firm fact not assumed. Talk2apastor basically affirms and validates the complaint launched against their person and I find that I nor any church should ever trust anyone who hides themself behind such hidious acts and dares to say they are acting righteously before God.  It is a dangerous assumption. 

I do not believe they are capable of being honest or truthful from experience because of how and what they have presented to us in Pitman, NJ.  He has interfered with too many situations which are non of his affairs and decides he is the juge and jury completely ignoring biblical principals that are "clear-cut" and does not know how to mind their own business.

I agree with the person on consumeraffairs.com his actions are very occultic and condemning.  I find that by impersonating someone appointed by a court of law which they were never appointed to is the 1st indicator "DO NOT TRUST", They use suspicious or suspect wording or terminology that are not normal ethics or practices, acts and behaves contrary to what scripture teaches, biased and prejudiced opinions and ideologies, assumes to know the workings of the legal system and conducts themselves in such a manner that are crimes, and untrustable character and moral judgements that would indicate alarming and dangerous decision making that leads to criminal acts.
