And the Jane Rich deal speaks for itself. One doesn't take a problem they have with someone and use it against a person to help others trash them when they have NO clue what they are trashing about. That was my problem there, Ms Rich knew nothing about the two dogs she was referring to which were BOTH defective per my vet and I have the reports. So she had NO business becoming involved in that situation. And now everyone that decides they want to give me grief takes this story and runs with it, so take off and run, it does NOTHNG, she posted that there to stop good breeders from selling to me and run me out of business, well guess what "I am still here" and going strong, I have MANY nice dogs to prove it and many "good and ethical" breeders has sold to me and would sell to me again. And I have emails where I was being harrassed in the beginning because i would not ask my friend to lower her price on her puppy for your friends so they could get dogs for cheap, when my friend would not even lower the price for me. And another instance where one of your friends mentioned wanting me to side with her and "hate" another breeder because she has nice dogs and this person sent her a deposit for a puppy and and AGAIN changed her mind, even though her money was refunded, it was not done so fast enough for your friend so now she has this "hate" for his breeder and expected me to also. Then blamed me because I told her about the puppy and breeder I make my own opinions of others I don't get roped into what others "want" me to think of them. I think many need to "grow up" and stop being babies, we are all human and we ALL need to act like adults and not humiliate others the way I was in emails.

Leanna you forgot to add that YOU contacted me first to find out where my black/tan male came from when it is NONE of your business, which is EXACTLY what I told you when you called me, I did not know you from Eve, and I do not want anyone contacting me about my dogs unless it is someone buying a puppy from me which you are not and never will. Why dont you stop trying to convince someone you are right and they are wrong, let his die as it should, Like I said I was having NO problems until I put my new black/tan male on my site, and then I started getting emails saying the same as you got "BARF" this is nothing more than jealousy over these dogs and it all needs to stop, I want NOTHING that you or any of your group wants and I hope you want nothing I want or have. You all have harrassed others and you know you have, so leave us all alone and we will do the same, you have your dogs be happy now with what you have, YOU chose them.

This is for Sharon the originator of this report. I think we all need to forget people that want to cut others dogs and breeding prgrams down, when they don't even have a website and hide behind false names. Our dogs are "Excellent" and we need to concentrate on making them better and building a better program as this just continues to make them jealous that they cannot afford or purchase the kinds of dogs we have. We show our dogs on our sites for everyone to see and the way they are kept all the time. In the end we will win as they make us a celebrity by bringing us to the front pages, when people see the quality breeding programs we have they will purchase from us. Our puppys will sell themselves. So stay away from negativity as that will just bring you down, where they are. Keep your chin up and keep producing those gorgeous puppies that everyone wants. Hi Chris,... I saw that you had placed a comment here and I had to mention a few things to you. I am one of the many that Elonda has sent harassing emails to. She has bashed other breeders dogs,...and bashed other breeders personally, so much so, that there is a website that a prominent breeder ....(Jane Rich)...created to try to stop her behavior. She actually posted all the emails that came to her from Elonda so everyone would see how she was being harassed by this woman. It is not easy to get a restraining order, you must prove that a person is actually harassing you. Tammi says she had over 2000 emails from this woman (Elonda). ...Elonda was nice to me in a few emails UNTIL she started bashing a friend of mine and I asked her to stop,...when I would not be persuaded to see the way she wanted me to, she started harassing me,..bashing my dogs, and later more recently, accused me of creating a false rip off report. (Which I did NOT) Today, While Tammi was forwarding the comments on these reports that are in violation of a her court order ,.. she told me that the officer in Indiana stated that Elonda was contacting him to say that another lady and I were harassing HER (Elonda). But, I am pretty sure the officer knows and understands what is going on. Apparently, Elonda doesn't understand that the person who INITIATES the contact is the harasser, the person who sends unwanted rude comments IS the harasser,.. NOT the one who is asking her to leave her alone. Here is just one day of stress from that woman in a line of emails. Keep in mind, there is a time difference because I am in AZ and she's in Indiana, but this is in order exactly how it was sent, she initiated the contact by responded to a puppyfind ad I had placed announcing some of my dogs....notice on the bottom where the emails start,..she sent one word just to be mean: (And...notice on the last email,.. how she SAYS it will be her last email,..but since then I've received several) (Also, most of the time when she emails stuff like this last one,...I have no idea what the heck she is talking about) ______________ YOU may not have done it yourself, but I am SURE it is one of your groupies that you probably put up to do it. This WILL be my last email to you, I DID NOT look up your puppyfind add, it was on there when I updated my listing and you have NO reason to say anything negative about my dogs because I have chosen them well, not like the ones you have chosen yours from with inguinal hernias and no pedigrees etc. Now for the last time, you and your groupies will NEVER see one of my dogs, so don't try to send your little friends in to get them like today when someone contacted me wanting a puppy from Passion or Vinnie, why is it, that is ALL your little friends want, so I caught that one right off. I would advise you all to stick with dogs you can afford because you will NEVER afford one of mine. So now as i will you, please do not bother with checking out my site and tormenting yourself anymore, lets forget each other ever existed. That is what I plan on doing. ...and maybe these ladies HAVE been wronged by this "Tammi" and Tammi's just mad that they're pointing it out. Just because she got some kind of "harrassment" order doesn't mean the statements themselves are untrue!

By posting to me again, she has once again violated the court order. It clearly states that she is NOT to contact me, through RipOffReport.com or otherwise. Obviously she does not have any concept of boundaries, and that is why I was forced to file an Order of Harrassment against her in the first place. I have now forwarded all of this to the proper authorities and I will let them handle it. Once again, I strongly urge anyone being harrassed and slandered by someone like these two ladies are doing to me, not to behave in a similar manner, to contact their local authorities and to take care of it in court. This sort of thing has to be stopped, but it should be done so legally. Slander of someone's character is not an appropriate response to hurt feelings over a lost sale, or because they no longer want contact with you. These ladies need to understand that.

I will file my own order now.

Elonda Womack has been stalking me through internet harrassment to the point that I went to present my case in court. The court ruled that Elonda was indeed harrassing me. Her local police department also took a report from me and other breeders, and asked her to stop her harrassment of breeders. I am not the only breeder that Elonda is harrassing in this way. I now have an Order of Harrassment against Elonda. I am refering to Court Case #CC2007025458000, Court #0708 in the state of Arizona. In this Injunction Against Harrassment it states: Warning to the Defendant - This is an official court order. If you disobey this Order, you may also be arrested and prosecuted for the crime of interfering with judicial proceedings an any other crime you may have committed by disobeying this Order. 1. Therefore, it is ordered that the Defendant (Elonda Womack) not commit an act of harrassment (an act tht would cause a reasonable person to be seriously alarmed, annoyed, or harrassed and serves no legitimate purpose) against the Plantiff. 2. The Defendant shall not contact the Plantiff: in person, by phone, in writing, electronically, or any third parties (*such as Rip Off Report) regarding plantiff or her family. All violations of this injunction should be reported to a law enforcement agency. I will be reporting the slander and character assassination that is being presented here by Elonda to the proper authorities and let them deal with her. I will not fight with her on here. I also will be pursuing a similar court action against Sharon Gray who is still harrassing me, making false statements, and slandering me, months after I did not want to buy a puppy from her. I encourage anyone else who is experiencing the same problems with them to do the same. Do not let someone terrorize you with false reports and untrue statements on your character. Wow, funny how I found this report, Thank you Sharon, I too have had my share of problems with Tammi. This woman is insane. She can even make the soap stars look bad with her acting, what a drama queen. Although I have never had any puppy dealings with Tammi, I have had personal dealings, she is the most manipulative woman in the world, she will act like she has done you the biggest favor in the world, and will stab you in the back, if you do not do exactly as she wishes. I have known of her while I was talking to her to cancel many sales on puppys and demanded her money back, which as a breeder herself she should know better, but thinks she is a queen and everyone should bow to her. I think anyone that deals with this woman on a business level or personal level would be eventually be sorry.
