First and foremost let us state that we have never allowed any memberships other than our 6 month and 10 month VIP to have freezes, ever. Once in a while if the member has extenuating circumstances we do approve it. But that is noted in their screen in the store for any mgr to see.
Since this is the first we heard of this and this members last name is not on this complaint we can not make this right. We would gladly put three weeks back on to the membership if she truely missed those dates, to make it right.
To date if she feels she wants to get those weeks back, as long as they truely were not used, we will add them back. She would just need to print this rebuttle, and bring it in to any salon, and contact [email protected] as well.
