Regarding "Nancy," I am an employee of TangoWire. We received two identical letters in our office around mid-March, one week apart They were remarkably similar to the one above. They were printed in what appeared to be 5-point type, and close to 5000 words on a single page. As such, the letters were almost impossible to read. When the author ran out of space, she/he hand wrote comments in the margain. They were mailed from Minnesota and contained no return address, name, handle, password, or any other identifying information. A week later, we received a handwritten postcard, obviously from the same person. This, too, was nearly unreadable. When the person ran out of space on the postcard, he/she taped bits of paper to the postcard with his/her typewritten comments. Again, this member NEVER SIGNED HIS/HER name to the letters, nor did he/she include a forwarding address. Later that week, we received a letter from the Better Business Bureau. It was a complaint filed by Christy Mueller. The complaint was almost identical to "Nancy from Modesto's" complaint above. Today, we received yet another letter, claiming to be from somebody else, but largely using the same grammar, handwriting, and verbiage as the above complaintant. Again, no information was included. Now...as a company, our problems is that: a) this is very much turning into a harassment issue, and b) we have no idea who this person is. You see, if this person had signed up for a paid membership, we would have collected the name on the credit card. We'd be able to look up her name, contact her, and address the issue. However, nobody by the name of Christy Mueller has ever purchased a premium membership on our site. Since we don't require any personal information to sign up for a *free* membership (like name and address) we don't know what handle / profile this complaint is in reference to. Therefore, at this time, we can't respond to the complaint. If Christy Mueller can provide us a handle and / or email address that linked to her profile, we will be more than happy to review the case. On the surface, it appears she admits to breaking our terms of service and having her profile removed from the site. It is also evident that she did not purchase anything, and therefore could not be "ripped off." But without any other information to go on, there's nothing we can do.

In what way was this a Rip Off? How did you lose money? There should be different categories on Rip Off Reports, one for Rip Offs, and one for crappy service/strange behavior. Don't see how they ripped you off of anything.
