Hi, I am just a consumer reading this but so compelled to comment because this is so blatantly written by the same person as the author. The nature in the way the rebuttal was written and the trend of the grammer / mis-spelling. So simple to figure that out. First off this report is about a "person" who ran a business?? Or is she a company who scammed a person?? At first its confusing, as there is no concrete info to validate what this is really about. Obviously someone's out the ruin this persons life, or at least attempt to. They are using the wrong forum for it! I dont mean to give a harsh remark to the author by perceiving this man or woman to be ignorant, but to use this forum for some DRAMA that he or she cannot deal with in real life is strange and unusual to read here. Ive always used this site to read up on business issues. Bullying people on the internet is wrong.

Anyone else reading this thinks this is legal? Dont mean to be nosey but I just had to call this out. The fact that the rip off report website still has this here when its so obvious what this is really about, to me makes it more bizarre. How do the web owners of 'Rip off report' find any of it to be lawful? This is not the right forum for rumors, bullying or threats. Im interested to see how this is going to turn out for the author (the same person who wrote this rebuttal) after they committed this trivial but clear act of slander. Good luck.

 This woman went after my father. I know first hand how underhanded this hatefule jelous fluzzy is. Dont believe a word she tell you. She was harrasing me for months and tried to black mail my family claiming she was pregnant with my fathers child. Which was a lie. Be warned!!!

My name is Tannaz Nayebi and I am the victim of this harrassment and false accusations made about me. I have tried contacting you regarding this matter several times. In your terms and conditiions you clearly state that the information or report being written about a company should NOT be an intent to harrass, abuse, defame, cyberbully, or any sort of vulgar or obscene language, etc.. I am not a company, I am an individual and this report is clearly someone who has some sort of issue with me or hate.

Everything stated about me in this report is false. Everything.. except for my name and ethnicity. I can provide proof. Can whoever Gabriel from Iowa, whom I do not even know or have never known anyone by that name ever in my life, provide proof of these allogations made against me? Take a look at what has been written about me. Does that look like a consumer or someone writing to report accurate information about someone or does it look like this person is just straight trying to ruin me, calling me the names, golddigger, liar, thief, fleecer, leach and parasite, amongst many other things mentioned is not obscene and vulgar to you? Does that look right to you at all? It states that I am a sex offender. I am not a sex offender. I do not date elderly men, to run a scam on them nor would I ever to anyone, that is not the type of person I am. I was not brought up that way. I have never done any of these things mentioned about me, it is all false and inaccurate. Again, I can prove these allogations to be false. As I mentioned before, your site states that if a report written has false or misrepresenting information, you will investigate and look into it and remove it.

This person who wrote these horrible things, obviously has some sort of hatred for me, and is clearly trying to defame my character, thats exactly what  it is. I want these false accusations removed. Everything stated about me on your site is false, like I said the only correct information is my name, Tannaz Nayebi, not Tina solati, that is not my name, and my ethnicity, other than that everything else is false and inaccurate. It is all lies written about me by someone whose obviously jealous or bitter against me for some reason, I do not know why or what I have ever done, and I am so confused. I am willing to contact this individual to try to figure out what I ever did or why they would take the time to write these disgusting things about me. Please try to help me and do something.. this is unjust. Your site is to help consumers and companies find out the truth about a company or an individual in connection with it, not to defame an innocent persons character and bully someone, who has never done anything wrong.

Ever since this post has been published, I have been diagnosed with severe depression. I see a therapist once a week. I have never ran a scam on anyone nor am I a sex offender. I work and attend college and I am in the process of obtaining my masters degree. Please help me. I'm just asking you to do the right thing, take a look into this and you be the judge of it. I want proof of every single accusation made against me and I will do the same, I have family and friends, including my fiance, that I have been with for 3 years now, that are all willing to come forward and as witnesses to prove that these things mentioned about me are false. I am also willing to provide a background check to prove that I am definitely not a sex offender. Please contact me or remove this content immediately. It has been on your site for 2 years now, that's not right. Please do the right thing and take off things that are not accurate and false off of your website. I honestly do not deserve this and I would'nt wish this upon anyone, not even the person who wrote these horrible things.
