Target is a paradox:

People will explain there problem about Target yet not really be the problem. Whether Customer or not

People will explain the truth about Target, yet not be believed. People do believe.

Duty, Honor, Loyalty - Faith can be fact or fiction.
To work at Target, what you did yesterday can be different tomorrow, while you work its insult, how your doing it, when your were told you must have faith yesterday, yet tomorrow"s faith will and can be different.

Be prepared for the unexpected, many people explain about the lack of sleep, they make people feel insecure.

Be prepared for yelling and screaming as if you entered boot camp, yet military boot camp might be much better.

Be prepared for games of rivalry, to insult, to pit one person or group against another, in this game to get it done in less time, therefore get paid less, and suffer more.

There motto was once, Fast, Fun, Friendly, yet no more. Its now, make it better, its not about working conditions, its about company profit, its do not tell about the working conditions, its how to get more done in less time and go home with resentment of others you work with and stiff and sore in this game to get more on the shelves.

Team member, once was Team member. I did the Baby Department, everything, all by myself it could be 2 pallets of Diapers and Wipes, or more, could be 2 pallets of Baby furniture, a flat or 2 of Baby food and formula, in near 2 hours.

One person had to do, all of domestics from aisle 1-39 by himself.

If I asked for help, no response. You may not believe it, yet it was possible because I ran as fast as I could and memorized where it is, yet  I knew where the changes were.

One moment they told me to cram Baby HBA all into the shelf, later complain its not neat that way, or put things in the wrong spot, yet I knew someone would complain about it. I found ways to be neat, yet they never would zone it good at night, it would be in the wrong spot or crammed in to the shelf, I was to be presumed, to be the one.

Then while working in the Baby Department, my review stated I was ineffective.

One day I had 2 or more pallets of Diapers and Wipes that, I finished in half an hour, I had trouble getting the furniture from the back, because it was not available yet, I was asked how long it would take, I told him, he thought it was funny, then sent me to the Sporting Goods where I knew too little, gave me 2 shopping carts full of assorted products as if it came from a repack, I was told to promise I would do it in an hour or less, then laugh when I told him maybe I could. He forced me to say yes, or he would not leave, we wasted time, no one finished the Baby Department, maybe when I left the store.

Next time I went to work, I did the Sporting Goods and Toy Department, Someone else did the Baby Department, then later they needed 4 or more people to do it. They were unwilling to help me work there, yet had to get others to do it all.

Then one day in snacks we had to open boxes, put product on the shelves, they did it the slow way, product and cardboard removed, or the fast way removed after finishing an aisle, created a paradox about doing things, and about how we did it.

One day we had a huge amount, in the aisle with the water, where Don worked, yet I did not have as much, I worked the next aisle over and finished, I helped Don finish, by the time we were finished, they were part way into HBA. They had many things in my way, were I worked, I had mostly things from repacks, therefore they finished before I did, it was easier for them, they all saw it. I had the cardboard cage, backstock carts, and other things in my way. Katie was there and saw how it was everytime I was working there, yet she made a game of it, "your too slow your always to slow" "why you so slow" I said something, yet she calls it abusive, because the point was, I was to be the first one done, because I said give a moment,please, therefore I was abusive, there is always a last person and not liked.Steven comes and asks why I am so abusive, I said your are, then said lets go up front, then thought just here, then upstairs to talk, no I said, then your termanated. I clocked out.

I went home and found my application for Hobby Lobby and asked where to give it to, he showed me, I ran to catch up and thanked him and left to get a Mother's Day card at Target. I found Carol was almost finished and hurried to ask her about the cards I had, Carol confirmed she was finish as she hurried to cleanup, along comes Jay Irwin and I ask him about something and he says "Duh" then tells me to keave or arrest me, I said I was a Customer asking questions, Carol was long gone, he said I was disturbing her as she works, she is too slow, she already left, I said I will go pay for the card, he sad no, then I had a hard time, I had to say please take these, I can not walk out the door with them, I gave him the cards and he forced me out the door.

Once upon a time, one guy was pulled by the ear as he was made to follow him,  then forced out the door.

What is good about a job that you can go above and beyond and get paid 2 or 3 times, what some others get, because they make the team leader look good, yet most get paid less, then be abused for being a customer. I asked several people at several stores, they were shocked that this would happen.

To work 1 - 3 days a week, 3-4 hours a day, going above and beyond the call of duty to put it on the shelf, to therefore glorify the team leader, in the eyes of company, yet be called ineffective always, because they expect more than you can give, because they think you can do more always.

I was working one day while, geez Louise slowed down to say something, Rebecca rammed her  hard in the back, not just once,  yet I am to suppose she took it well, the good part is, unlike some people it would be the start of a fight, as she looked hurt trying to force a smile, then act like it never happened.

The work environment is rarely easy or the way you want it to be.

You sound like a whiner to me.

Strange behavior for a so called friendly store

My mother and relatives encouraged me to file for unemployment, When I did, I found the excuse Target is using to excuse themselves for the abuse they caused:

 I was off the clock buying something and asking question for a Mother's Day present, Jay Irwin had me leave and not come back, therefore I could not show up for work, they said I did not show up for work. therefore, presume I voluntarily quit,

I asked Jay Irwin about a problem I had, he said he did not need to answer me because I was terminated.

All I did was calmly work into the store, just like anyone could, Carol the nice lady was cleaning up, almost about to leave,  she is good about what to buy for my mother, next Jay Irwin has me leave, then not allowed to buy it, or return to the store. He said he would have me arrested if I did not leave, I was not to return.
