On November 21, 2011 I attempted to meet Owens to have the full refund in his hands by the date previously stated. Owens refused to meet with me in order to receive his refund. Owens will be paid accordingly as this situation is rectified. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience caused to Kevin and friends and will continue to offer him a reshoot and refund.

Publicly harming my reputation with lies is slander and defamation. I will have no problem seeing you in court. I told you that I would get you your full refund within 30 days of the DATE I agreed on giving you a full refund back which was October 24, leaving me 22 more days. I did get robbed, I have a police report. If you cannot understand that, than do what you have to do. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and I will continue to offer you my services to you at a discounted rate for the inconvenience caused as I have been since the day of the failed booking.
