I signed up with this company because they promised results in 4 months. THE ONLY RESULT I GOT WAS A LEVY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT! It has now been over a year and all they have done is send me alot of paperwork to fill out. I filled out and mailed them my paperwork and all I found out was that my case had been transferred THREE ATTORNEYS!! ONE WHICH IS NOT EVEN AN ATTORNEY! from a Terri to a Melineh and then to Ani Labayan. They also tried to charge me more money and make me sign something else so they can take more money out of my credit card! I've called them multiple times and they won't return my calls! THEY NOW CALL THEMSELVES TAX GROUP CENTER AFTER I SIGNED UP WITH THEM AS PROGRESSIVE TAX GROUP! THIS IS RIDICULOUS, I WILL BE GOING TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR THIS MATTER! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM! They also claim that they are going through changes but that shouldn't affect the people the sign up with them like me.

Tax Group Center has reviewed your concerns and our main goal is to provide relief for taxpayers in their time of need. In response to this persons comment that they signed up and were promised results within four months and only result was they got levied, there are so many factors that go into these delinquent tax payers tax matters and the resolution.

This tax payer's case is in good hands with their Enrolled Agent, the Enrolled Agent is highly qualified and schooled in all tax matters with the IRS and State. The paperwork that we send to out clients is a very important part of the process for resolution on cases. The IRS requires the most up to date financial information for each client and this only benefits our clients as well. If a client calls for there assigned attorney or enrolled agent and are not available to take their call they will always return their call within the 24-48 hour call back time
