Tax Releif Associates ripoff paid the company 1200.00 to find out they closed the doors and did not do a thing to help me Brea California
I hired Tax Releif Associates in March to help with my back taxes. I spoke with Mr. Torres who appeared to be knowledgable and claimed they work with the IRS all the time and have been able to save people thousands of dollars.I was told I would have a settlement with the IRS within 3-6 months.After paying them 1200.00 and time was passing, I started calling and was passed on to a gentleman named Ernie, who never had any information or he would have to call me back, which did not happen. I called again today and found the number has been disconnected. It appears they have vanished and taken my money without providing any services for my taxes. I spoke to the IRS today who did not have a record of speaking to any TRA employees including Ernie. I would like to be a part of getting my money back from the company.
