TaxMasters SERVICES TERMINATED CONTINUED TO GET $5000.00 FROM MY AMERICAN EXPRESS! Houston Texas
In January 2008 we contracted TaxMasters. After numerous messages, all sent via telephone, email & fax, we not returned we contacted the IRS. We were informed this company had done nothing on our behalf after 2 months!
We terminated their services immediately and contacted American Express to advise. American Express was instructed not to release any payments to this company but continued to do so. We requested a full refund from American Express and TaxMasters and over a year later....we have gotten nothing. We disputed each and every payment that American Express released to TaxMasters. TaxMasters continued to get money from our American Express card for four more months for a total of $5,000.00!!!! This company is made up of thieves and should be shut down!!! We hired them after seeing their ads on Fox News & CNBC. Along with TaxMasters, American Express should be held accountable too! They did nothing to protect us from these SCAM artists!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....a myspace has been devoted to them
