Taylor Morrison Misleading Phoenix Arizona
My wife and I recently purchased a new home in March in the Sanctuary at Desert Ridge location. Our new home back to Pinnacle Peak Rd. and we specifically chose our lot to have views of the mountains and sky. Our Taylor Morrison rep David Ragonese completely misled us that the recent road construction would not obstruct our views. There is a major road widening and raising project now happening and we are going to completely lose all of our views. We now will see cars, trucks, and they are also installing a walking path that will now be 5ft away from our back wall that we were never told about. All of the neighbors have tried to reach TM and we have received no support and we are basically stuck because of the subtle language they included in their 100 page contract.
They tout themselves as America's most trusted home builder with their massive marketing budget. They fail to to tell you that they cut all kinds of corners and we have had to have over 20+ warranty items fixed and replaced in only 6 months. Buyer Beware their sales people are really good and they gain your trust. So sad to have to deal with this on such a big purchase. We estimating that we will lose about 15-20% of our home value when the construction is complete. It's really disheartening.
