HELLO I am UN-HAPPY Dad of a little league 2nd baseman.

With all due respect to Konrad's intense work and excellent advice to Teamup Sports, I hope that these people never come back to my sons little league field again.

There could be many young ball players out there that feel cheated and let down by Teamup Sports and their cohorts. My son does. There also maybe many parents who are tired of this whole affair. Many of these people do not have ready access to the internet and it has been reported that they have little to no success contacting these guys on the telephone.

I was first alerted to trouble about my sons photo's the week following his last game. We paid our $19.95 for the photo package on the field mid-way through the season. I had no reason to be skeptical. They promised the photos would be available in two weeks. The cashier for the photographer gave me a small piece of paper with a web address.

One week after the end of the baseball season I called Teamup Sports and left a message. I received a return phone call from Teamup Sports who explained that a package with ordering instructions and e-certificates code # for easy on-line photo selection ect. Will be sent out promptly. This was the last and only time I have had any success with finding a live person within Teamup Sports. At this point in time I still wanted the photos sent to me.

When the Teamup Sports envelope with ordering directions arrived, (three weeks after the end of the Little League baseball season) I could not find my son's photos. I can't find anyone's photos. http://Digiproofs.com. I then placed a call to Teamup Sports which yields a reordered message that states the photos will be on-line in 10 days.

This recording implied, time was needed to give everyone who ordered photo's a chance to receive the ordering instructions and e-certificates code #. When that day came I went to the website and after an hour of searching no luck. My sons Teamup Photos packet had the wrong password! I sat there and used that password for entry into every team photo and finally it worked for the photos for a nearby team that my son played against. My son had some fun looking at his opponents but still could not see his photos.

Then it dawned on me. They had the wrong team listed for the password they sent. I cracked the password problem later that day. AND FINALLY there is my son. But wait what went wrong? The team's uniforms are orange in color not the bright red color they should have been. My son and I only have one choice of picture and it had the wrong team name on the image. I decided I wanted my $19.95 refunded and wrote Teamup Sports the following email which I continue to send them every week.

Subject: How do I receive a refund for my son's baseball pictures?

THIS IS MY THIRD EMAIL TO YOU ABOUT THIS> PLEASE RESPOND

To whom it may concern,

I am completely un-happy with your service and your company as a whole. I am un-happy with the photographs of my son including the team picture. Not even the color of the boy's uniforms came out right. The boys uniforms were red not orange. You did not offer me as many poses as some other players had.

Many of the photographs you offered me had the wrong team name in front of the players. This is in addition to the extremely late delivery of the photos, the wrong or missing password to find the photos on your web site and your reluctance to answer my phone calls. I want a refund of the $19.99 I paid your company in the field. My son's baseball team is ******* Little League, *******, Team Name ******.

I welcome a return email with instructions on how to initiate the refund.

Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter.

Yours,

UN-HAPPY PARENT

IN WHICH I RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING REPLY:

Hi UN-HAPPY!

We apologize for not getting back to you sooner and providing a sub par product.

We also totally understand your frustration. We contract with local photographers and rely on the quality of their work. As you can imagine we are no longer working with the photographer that shot your league.

A full refund will be process for you a soon as we receive mailing instructions.

Dennis Ransdell

I promptly followed Mr. Ransdell instructions and sent a mailing address for the refund and a small scan of the piece of paper the cashier gave me on the day of the photo shoot. This was to verify the package I purchased. I included the e-certificates code # also.

This was on or around 13, July 2005.

I have emailed this information to them as a forward once a week and have called Teamup Sports telephone number following the email. I have not heard back from them.

So, what gives? Now I can't have my son's money back after they wrote me that I would? I noticed Teamup Sports is offering photo refunds on ther web page. Why am I not included?

I really do not believe that Teamup Sports or any of their sub-contractors should be allowed back onto a Little League Baseball field.

Konrad, I wish you luck always. You did a great job getting through to these guys. I can't stand anymore of them. It may be simpler for me to let it all go and file a simple complaint with the state Attorney Generals Office.

Yours Truly,

UN-HAPPY PARENT
