Tech Central PC Took my money did not send merchandise will not respond to emails or phone New York New York
Just as in report#336498, I located Tech Central PC on the web and found a Blu Ray player I wanted to purchase. I placed my order and they responded stating they accept Diners Club Card or Company Purchase Order.
I emailed back stating that I did not have a Diners Club Card nor was I a business which uses Purchase Orders. I was instructed to purchase a Green Dot MoneyPak and email them the authorization number. I sent it on Tuesday May 20th 2008. I received an email back stating my order would be shipped out the next via UPS and I would receive tracking information in 24 hrs.
I did not receive the tracking number, and have still not. I have emailed them numerous times since, but they will not respond to either email or pho.
The Amount I sent them was $369.99.
I only wish I had known about the other person who had the same experience before I sent the money.
