Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I answered a work order that TST had advertised in Thumtack.com, probably my first mistake!!

They had a customer in NH that had several offices that had Laptop and Desktop PCs that needed to be upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7.  I took all 3 incidents #144907, 144908 and 144909.

I did all the required work on the 3 incidents. I faxed all paperwork to 2 different locations as instructed, including invoices signed by the customer that the work was completed. I did all 3 incidents on 4/24/2014 and 4/25/2014,

I sent a couple of emails in the last couple of days with the first response directing me to get in touch with the billing department.

I emailed the billing department and they tell me that they never received any fax or email from me!!

I sent them another email a minute ago, telling them when I did fax the required documentation.

As soon as anything changes I will update this further, but as of this moment in time I did about 2 days work for these people so far for $0!!

I am certain that they have billed their customer and been paid, this is shady at best!!!

TST owes me $435 for work that was done!!

If I get paid or have any further interaction with them I will update on here. I at least want to try to make sure that they do not get to do this to anyone else!!  I am angry!!!

I am updating this report as it has come to my attention that an update that I thought I posted apparently never made it on here.

My original complaint was that I was not paid for work done after over 1 month. After filing my original comment here I tried calling TST with very little success. Finally someone there told me to call accounting. I got in touch with accounting and they proceeded to tell me that they had no record of my doing any work.  After going back and forth, emailing documents that had been sent before signed by the end user/client I was told that I would be paid. I eventually got a check. I believe that at that time they paid me $367.50, which looking at my bank statements from June, that looks like the deposit.  What they owed me for the work done was $435. So at the end of the day I was paid most of what they agreed to.

Now today I heard from someone else in TST's accounting department named Kevin.  He was not happy because this report was here saying I never got paid at all, that is why I am updating this. As in fairness, like I stated above I did receive a check, not within the 30 days they promised, and not for the full amount, but I did receive some payment.

So if TST should decide to pay the balance of what I should have been paid I will update this again.  I will also make absolutely certain that this update shows up.

As I said by email and on the phone to Kevin, I do appreciate him trying to work this out.

With that, hope y'all have a glorious weekend!!

Quite honestly I am shocked George posted here.  I reviewed our history with him.  Not only have we paid all jobs within our net 30 policy, but we have always had open communication with him.  This is the first he has expressed any issue to us, and we only discovered it because one of our team happened to google our company this morning.

We paid him for these jobs back in May (within our official net 30 terms) and I have documentation to prove it.  We have electronic record of payments made out to George E Johnson of Allentown through our bank's bill pay service - the way we pay all our vendors.

I have my accounting manager pulling bank statements to conform that these were cashed.  I will be updating on here with screenshots as soon as we locate it later today.

I will also be reaching out to George to make him aware.
