Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company offers several areas of home improvement, one of which is kitchen cabinet replacement. My wife and i researched the product and deals offered for about 1 month after buying our house before we contacted a company for consultation. We chose this company based on claims made on the phone, and finally signed with them based on information provided in detail by teh sales associate. Their claims were false, they were unable to deliver what was promised during the consultation, and this especially includes lying about the financing they could/would offer.

We met with the sales person at our home, he seemed rather knowledgeable describing the product, installation, options, etc. We discussed several more technical aspects of the job including how we wanted things done and the options involved. After coming to agreement on everything, we discussed financing. We were told in no uncertain terms that we would be applying for financing through several different companies, and that we were applying for zero percent fianncing for five years at a predetermined monthly payment.

After several months passed, we got in touch with them to ascertain a start date, the job began just two weeks later. This is when the problems started. We were told several things could be done at the consultation that later proved "impossible" using a quote from the contractor. These failures left our kitchen looking imbalanced, and off center, not really to our satisfaction, but we couldn't do anything about it.

Secondly, and most crucially, after the initial consultation, the next thing we heard at all about our "approved financing", was the bill we received 2 months after the job was done. We had been approved for a home repair line on a credit card, at an APR of seventeen %. I immediately called to have it corrected, only to find that we had been duped. The President of this company told me, "I usually tell people to refinance their home or take a home equity loan to pay it off". He further claimed we had only been promised the "no financing" offer for the first ninety days. This is entirely untrue, and in fact, what i beleive to be an intentional lie. We would never have accepted these terms were we aware of them at any time.
