In May 2013 I called hhgregg to get support for my laptop. They informed me that my warranty just expired, but for me to call Techzilla/My Tech Help for assistance. This company is an online tech support company for computers.
I told the tech (who gave his name as Vinjay Singh - an obvious lie since that is the the world famous golfer's name) and he used a copy FREE copy of Avenger online, to scan my computer. He also told me for it to be totally fixed and run smoothly that I would need their registry cleaner that would cost an additional $59.99, but it would be totally refunded in 60 days since that was a current promotion that they were running.
Not only did he not fix my problem, but I had to take it to someone else to rid it of the virus. I tried to get my money refunded but I only had people at their "Customer Service" Dept tell me additional lies, give me the run around, and yell at me.
It is now January 2014 and I still have not received the rebate for the registry cleaner, or even get any type of satisfaction for a refund. I tried to get the credit card company help me. (DISCOVER CARD), but they were of no help, and their dispute department is worthless. I had another credit card issue years ago when I used an American Express card, and it was taken care of in 30 days. Now I know why American Express is the largest company in the world and a preferred credit card
I have called the Attorney General's office in Florida & also the BBB in Florida and both encouranged me to send them my complaint about this company, as they have had complaints about them before, and it sounded like they were comiling a list for further action.

The web url Techzilla.com was purchased in early 2015 by my company. We are in no way associated with the prior owner of the domain and are not in the same business. We do not do tech support or repair work for customers.
The prior business was Techzilla Tech Support out of Florida. We are in Austin, Texas.
Our business is refurbishing and reselling, at bargain prices, used cell phones and other electronics such as tablets and laptop computers.
While the domain Techzilla.com is a new one for us, we have been selling direct to the public on ebay for more than ten years and we have more than 60,000 happy customers. You can learn more about us on our website at www.techzilla.com/about.
Please do not confuse us with the prior firm that used our name. We do not know these people and as far as we can tell, they are out of business.
