I read on news that Tony Robbins is coming to Australia, having read some of his books years ago I decided to go to one of his events. On that day a guy called Ted Thomas presented what he had to offer. He said he can teach about Tax Lien Certificate and how it is a good way of having investment properties in USA. Being naive and stupid I decided to beieve what he said and went and talked to him. Using high level marketing and selling technique he said this offer wont be available any longer and forced me to go ahead and purchase his package. Unfortunately I fell into the trap and paid him close to $5000. The reality is these scams promise you things that in reality are just a waste of your time and money. They have upselling techniques and this is what traps you and that is by paying initial expense they upsell you higher amount of product. Their initial product is just a basic information with lots of promises and psychological manipulation and after you get into their cage and eagerly waiting for the results you get dragged into paying more and more and get milked up to your throat. I am writing this to all other Australians and people who are not US residents please do not be a victim....when these charlatans take your money there is no way you can take it back from them...You will be a slave to their desires and will buy yourself a lot of grief. Instead use that time and energy on making and building your own business in your own town and then invest on properties that you have legally full control. Do not put yourself and your hard earned money on locations that you can not control in anyway. What people like Ted Thomas and Dean Graziosi preach is only applicaple to people who are legally a citizen of US and can be physically present in certain locations and actively go to auctions and see the properties.When you are far away and have no experience of the local knowledge you are just putting yourself at risk. Never believe what Ted Thomas and Dean Graziosi say to get you into their funnel. When you pay them the initial money they only provide you with peanut of what the real truth is. Do not be a victim.
