Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I filed an earlier report with the wrong address. This company promised $XXX/month per location. Never happened. They also took $27000 from me and gave me phone cards that did not work. Every card came back. I want my money back.

Do not invest in this business. They are not ethical, truthful and offered me no settlement when my business did not work. Fifteen businesses are mad at me and do not want to see me again. The talking displays are a joke. The businesses do not want them and they are not worth it. Do business with a credible phone card business and avoid this one.

We need to get together for a class action against this evil organization, forget individual lawsuits. Tim Mesquite, Texas

I am also interested in a class action suit. This company has continued to ignore my requests for some or part of my money back. Let's keep the pressure on them with every organization you can think of. Don't let them rest or sleep. We will get our money back and if we do the class action we will get more than our money back. This company is EVIL and must be taught a lesson. Let's go get them! ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; If you would like to be considered for a class action suit, send an e-mail to: [email protected] and be sure to put "Tele King Communications" in the subject. Additionally, if an attorney would be interested in handling a nationwide suit, feel free to send us an e-mail with your bona fides for vetting. (We have had lawyers for the company pose as attorneys gathering a class to simply learning the names in advance). EDitorial Staff

I have been taken by this company. I am now demanding, no longer asking for my money back. They grossly misrepresented their company and the profits you can make in their advertising and video. In fact, none of the cards they supplied me worked so I never made one red cent.

Then, their lawyers tried to say, I didn't follow directions, when their employee said "ok, now the cards are active, we can start placing them". They stole $27,000 from me. I have to wonder if the references they gave me were paid. The dumb talking machines they are so proud of are a joke.

No business I talked to wanted them. In fact, they laughed at me. But, this doesn't matter, none of the cards furnished me worked so as far as I am concerned, this business is a complete fraud. If they want to shut me up, they better pay up soon.
I have filed 3 BBB reports, and one with the Florida State Attorney's office. My lawyer has written them. I am now contacting my state congressman and state senator. Next, the President. He is from Texas, you know. In the state of Texas, if a company commits this type of gross negligence, they have to pay big time.

Anybody interested in any other legal action we can take, let me know. They will pay me back! No question about it. Oh yeah, I'm going to write the places where they advertise also. In this day of Corporate fraud, advertising should be watched closely.
