TeleBrands "The AS Seen On TV" Sales Firm Pasta Boat Fairfield, New Jersey
Ordered pasta boat online about 3 weeks to a month ago realized that the charge was alot more then what was advertised and I cancelled.
Two weeks later received a call from Telebrands about the order and told their customer service that I cancelled the order.
Today, 7/21/2010 I noticed a debit to this company from my bank account, I called their customer service and was informed item was shipped and to refuse delivery and will be issued a refund less all shipping charges, I informed Jeremy in cust. svc. that it shows item on back order and he said not on his end that item has shipped.
This company is very decepitive!!!!!
