I am an entreprenuer who bcame wealthy and retired from my first career as a CEO by 38 years old.  I published a couple books about how to become wealthy and had done a lot of radio and was making plans to air a national TV ad campaign to sell books and seminars. Teledium Corporation was selected to be the call center to handle all incoming calls for orders from the TV commercials. I spent several months coordinating with Telemedium Corporation, Noel Morgan the CEO, Chris Burson the Project Manager, Stephanie Tinsberg, and Cole Rogers; all employees of Telemedium Corporation.

Telemedium Corporation was involved with coordinating with not only me but also my TV Media-Buyer, as well as the producer of the commercial. The production and airing of the TV commercial was well over a hundred thousand dollar investment but it was just the tip of the iceberg. This was the launch of two years work plus a huge financial investment. Every part of the team had to perform well to make this work.

Telemdeium not only failed to perform, but they were later suspected of pure fraud.

Telemedium said they could not begin coordinating until they had a $17,000 depost. So I signed a contract and delivered the $17,000. They continued to coordinate with my team for two months but the coordination was a nightmare. Right away I got passed off to another person, who had no idea what our plans were. I wrote several emails to their CEO Noel Morgan expressing my frustration. Finally they assigned me a new project manager and they seemd to be on top of it.

On July 6th 2009 we launched the commercial and to the amazement of my poroducer and TV buyer nothing happened. The commercials were being aired nationwide but when I asked Telemedium about the call volume they said no calls were coming in.

I was told by the TV media buyer that this never happens; and something must be wrong. He began test calling and found out the phone lines that Telemedium had set up were not working. After a couple wasted days of expensive TV airings down the drain, it appeared Telemedium got the lines working. But still, only one call per day with no sales. We had predicted $8,000 in sales per day; which was needed just to break even on the TV airing alone.

I didn't know what to think, but it appeared the TV Commercial failed. So according to the contract, Telemedium was supposed to refund most of my $17,000 deposit. I had agreed in the contract to pay for the set up time and any time the call center had spent in anticipation of call, but it was limited to $5,000 expense in the contract. If the calls were low, then all the remained of the deposit would be returned to me within 20 days.

Immediately following the commercial airing, I began calling and emailing Telemedium to get reports on the call volume as well as an accounting of the time they had spent. I also wanted my deposit returnred within the 20 day period as contracted. They said they were working on it. Telemedium were never able to produce or deliver any infomration to my media buyer regarding call volumes for the entire two weeks. My media buyer called to inform me of the substandard capability of Telemedium and questioned their capability.

Telemedium finally told me by phone that I would receive about $10,000 in refund but their CEO was out until the following week. The next week I was informed the CEO had not gotten to it. The next week I was told the accounting people were handling it.  But the weeks rolled by and nothing came despite my attempt to speak to someone. I continued to email and call every two days. Finally Chris Burson the project manager said the check was mailed. It never showed up.

Finally about 6-8 weeks after the end of the commercial airing, I realized Telemdium was possible a fraudulant company who is not a call center and who never took calls for my TV commercials.  I wasted over a hindred thousand dollars and much more than that plus two years work.

I proceeded to have my attorney write a demand letter which to date has produced no results. It appears I will have to sue Telemedium Corporation (who conveniently is a Delaware LLC) to find out what happened and to get my deposit back. I will win because I have a contract, but it could be a costly court exercise just to get a judgement; and getting real money is another issue.

My attorney finally reached Telemediums CEO Noel Morgan who said he had not had time to review the attorney letter yet. That was about 2 months ago. We may pursure legal action, but as we consider this, I want to put all consumers on alert that Telemedium Corporation and the people I mentioned in this report appear to be frauds.

They seemed to have a lot of people saying all the right thing; they conversed with me for a few hours over the course of two months before I sent them money. I did not send them money until I had a signed contract. I made many changes to the contract to limit the dollars they could take out of the deposit and I added a stipulation of a time period by which the deposit had to be returned to me.

I took prudent precautions, but some companies are frauds and sometimes we get bit by them. Stay away from Telemedium Corporation. They advertise to be a Voice-Over-IP technology service company. But they told me they spend 60% of their effort as a call center for TV commercials takiing order for merchandise. Before I hired them I checked this website and saw no bad reviews from Ripoff Report. So I thought they were safe - Wrong!

I didn't want another consumer to be the next victum. This time I hope to be a warning to consumers. Stay away from Telemedium Corporation and all the names of the individuals involved.

Stay as far away as you can from this group of incompetent liars! They will steal your money, provide you with terrible service, and then place the blame back on you. Never do business with this company or Noel Morgan! What comes around goes around...

Ammendment to Original Report

This is not a rebuttal, but rather an ammendment to my original report. The facts and details outlined in the original report, which remain outstanding today, are accurate as it relates to the contract and services performed. However, I wish to clarify that despite my complaints against the company I, as yet, have no evidence to indicate Telemedium Corporation or its employees to be a fraudulant company. I hope it becomes clear that they are an honorable and legitimate company.
