WE PURCHASED 100 LEADS PLUS 20 FREE LEADS FOR $2,700.00 AND THEY SENT THREE BOGUS LEADS WITH NO SOCIALS AND CUSTOMERS NOT INTERESTED AND SAYING THAT THEY ARE HARASSED BY PHONE CALLS.

WHEN WE TRIED TO CALL NO BODY CARES. THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. THEY ARE RUDE AND COLD AND SEND YOU INTO VOICE MAILS THAT ARE BOGUS AND NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK.

IF YOU TRY TO SAY YOU ARE CALLING IN RESPONSE TO A FAX TO PURCHASE LEADS THEY PUT SOMEONE ON THE PHONE IMMEDIATELY. ONCE YOU SAY THAT YOU ARE CALLING REGARDING YOUR LEADS THAT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEY HANG UP.

THIS COMPANY IS THE SAME AS LENDERDESIRE.COM AKA LOANDESIRE.COM AND WE PURCHASED 50 LEADS FROM THEM FOR $1,400.00 AND DID NOT GET THEM.

WE HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FBI CIBERCRIME DIVISION ON LOS ANGELES, 310.477.6565 1FCCFBI.GOV

OUR ATTORNEY DAWN OLIVERI, BREGGIA, BOWEN & GRAND HAS CONTACTED THE FBI, ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR LA COUNTY, AND THE BBB. TELETEN HAS A HORRIBLE RECORD WITH THE BBB.

Teleten Is Providing A Full Refund

This post was made by Ellen of VIP Mortgage. Her post omits several salient facts. The company did encounter some difficulties generating mortgage leads for her. This was attributable to certain problems we were encountering with the data that had been ordered for her campaign. This was explained to the client. Upon encountering these problems, Ms. Amicarelli was placed in contact with the Director of Customer Service. After some discussion and review of her campaign, Teleten decided to issue a full refund of $2700. This refund is being paid in three payments of $900, and one payment has already been sent. Unfortunately, the client's post fails to mention any of these facts. Teleten's policy is that when there is a problem, we first attempt to resolve it by generating the leads requested. If we cannot correct the problem, then we issue a pro rata refund the the client, based on the number of leads that are determined to be valid.
