I am very curious to what response you are getting. I sent money in January of 2003, $1375-and not received one decent lead-only about 5 bogus ones. Please keep posting, I'm on board to do whatever to shut them down!

Today is February 27, 2004 and it is 11:15 AM. Still no return phone call. I have been out of the state due to death in Family but now I am back and will proceed with step 2. I can not believe the arrogance of this company and the blatant disregard for the business community they serve. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I am making it my personall mission to fax a ripoff report to every single mortgage company that I can get a fax number for. IF they can fax unsolicited advertisments then Damit I can fax a rip off report to keep others from having their money stolen. I urge everyone to file a complaint with not only the California Attorney Genereals office but their own state as well. I also urge all parties to file with the FBI white collar crimes unti. Although the monetary amount involved with each individual is small (around $1,500) combined they come to quite a total. Lets get the FEDS involved. I am sure that eventually they will get tired of recieving complaints about this company and will eventually move in to shut them down! The website to report to FBI is: www.ifccfbi.gov

2-10-04, Can you believe I finally got a call back from the company. Don't beleive for a second that it was their intention. I beleive the only reason I received a phone call was because our company changed its name from "Primary" to "Franklin" as such they probably thought they had a new client. Results of the phone conversation with Joanna ext.238 I was told by Joanna that Shiela is my customer service rep, when I was specifficaly told on several occasions that Joanna was my rep. Obvioulsy this is just another tactic to not resolve my complaint. Furthermore they arbitrarily change their policies, TO WIT, I was told by Joanna that the only time they refund money is when their is a breach of contract or failure to perform. I said "My contract calls for 50 leads in December, I got 9. You are honestly going to sit their and tell me that is not a brach of contract and failure to perform when all leads were outside of contract parameter?" her answer was to tell me she has to speak to the floor manager. Funny I thought you were the customer service rep. Also was told that they do not refund money but instead credit your campaign. Well here is what their website says under FAQ section: (www.teletenmarketing.com) 8. How quickly are the Mortgage Leads delivered? Mostly, The Mortgage Leads are delivered real time within minutes of generating the lead. The maximum delay would be 24 hours. 9. What is your return policy? If you are not satisfied with the quality of the leads that you purchased from us, You just need to email our customer Service Department at [email protected] to place your claim and state the reason for returning the lead. If the lead is found to be invalid due to certain reasons, we will be glad to exchange for fresh leads or refund your money. Well I believe 2 months exeeds the 24 hour maximum delay, and according to Joanna don't believe for a second "refund your money." I wonder if this constitutes false advertising? She promised, again, to call me back today before 5:00 PM with an answer in regards to my refund. Betcha I will get no phone call.

Last conversation I had with your customer service representative, Joanne, she promised an answer to my request for a refund in 24 hours. We are now in Feb. still waiting. 2. Please respond immediatley to prevent any further action. 3. HAve called every customer service number and extension I could find, no answer or response to my repeated messages. 1-800-579-7152 xt.237 Robert, xt. 238 Joanna, xt. 278 Shiela 1-213-380-7402 Customer service number 1-213-380-7233 Fax Number 1-22-04 @ 1000 filed complaint with Attny. Generals Office, CA 1-26-04 @ 1140 called TeleTen Marketing, no answer, left message 1-26-04 Attempted to contact local "Better Business Beureu" There number is disconected. 1-27-04 Attempted to contact local Chamber of Commerce, number disonected. 2-5-04 Ordered Rip Off Report Do it yourself Guide, How to get Rip-Off Revenge and your money back too. HAve read it and will proceed with step 2 (step 1 already completed) on Monday.
