Teleten Marketing ripoff Customer Service Needs Improvement Los Angeles California
Thankfully, my experience isn't as bad as some of what I have read. But I still have complaints about the customer service, and some customer service issues. I purchased a 20 lead package back in April 2006, and was suppose to get 5 live connects for free. So far, I've gotten 18 leads, so 2 fax leads are owed to me, and I have only gotten 1 of my live connects. I have also had trouble recently in getting in contact with my customer service representative. I am still trying to get my 2 fax leads and the rest of my live connect free leads.
