Complaint Review: Teleteria - Internet

Oh Jay oh Jay. I am one of many on here that got took by Jay and Teleteria. I ordered 2 websites from Jay with payment spread over about 6 months. I made my payments on time and usually more than we agreed on. I aksed for a statement 5 times but Jay would never provide one. I now know why. My agreement was forr 9000.00 for two sites and advertising. I paid 10650.00 since he just would not send me a statement, refused to tell me what I owed him, if I did not keep paying he would get irrate with his foul mouth and threats. If anyone ever looked at the bottom of the websites he provides it is actually owned by Jay and Teleteria. So why and for what did we give him our money for. What a scam. Finally I asked for a statement one last time and got nothing. He says they do not have a billing department that does that. When you buy one of these Turn-Key sites he forgets to tell you there is a billing setup fee of $1100.00. If there is no billing department to send statements, what is the $1100.00.

He threatens with collections department but that too is not true there is no such anilmal at Teleteria. I quit paying after I got all the wires from the bank and realize I had paid him way more than agreed upon. He immediately shutdown my sites (see he has the control so he can do that) until I paid more. I requested a refund of what I had paid. Of course he refused. I explained I know my rights, I know what the IRS, the FTC, the BBB, and the States Attorney are for. I sent letters to the IRS and the FCC and they have opened an inquirey, they have not notified him yet. The BBB is all over this. As soon as it hit their site Jay was burning up my email with his threats and fould language. He wanted me to withdraw my complaint so it does not hurt his BBB score.

He wanted me to pay him another $4500 and he would turn on my sites and we can do business. In return he would take $300 of my bill. What bill, I overpayed him? He burnt up my email for two weeks before I just quit answering him. His compliant at the BBB will stand I am not changing it no matter how much he cries. My rebuttel offer was for him to take the 10650.00 and send me a check made out to the Boys Club here on the Pine Ridge Indial Reservation. This is the poorest county in the nation and it is XMas so I know the families can use it. BY making the check out to them he would not be giving the money directly to me which seems to be his big problem. Perfectly good options but the only thing he wants is 1000s more and I get nothing.

Moving forward the states attorney sent me a register letter last Friday (11 Dec 2015) and they find this way out on left field. They have opned a case on it. Jay now should have the letter from them and is squiiriming is his rippoff pants. I will keep you guys posted but I am sure I am going to get my money back by Jan 2016 but in the meantime Jay is feeling the heat. Many people have complained about him but never folllow through when Jay starts the fast talk, threats, and foul language. I studied the different laws and have my ducks in a row. I am not backing down. There is some other organizations that can put the pressure on him as well. I will make a prediction he will pay me or he will conviently change the name of his online company. We will see. If anyone wants to jump in on this let me know.
