Hello,

My name is Joshua.

I am here to report Teleteria like so many others have,

it's about time we shut this guy down for good.

Jay "Sercidio" Or should I say Servidio.

Has to be one of the most cold hearted, scamming idiots

that I have ever met! Does he ever learn?

Unfortunately for me like many other victims I fell

into the trap, dispite the red flags.

For me it began in summer of 2005.

(Can't remember the exact date) I worked with him for about a total of 15 days or so, (But no more then 20 days) keep in mind his 30 day money back guarantee.

I started at the Option 1 level "$2,000" Or at least I wanted to, however he kept trying to shove the second level down my throat. After we agreed that I would give him a down payment on Option 1, for "$1,000". I told him that I would consider it, sure enough he took that as a yes and about a week later I began receiving very immature and disrespectful calls and e-mails. That read something like this.

"Subject: Teleteria payment"

This is an example of his e-mails:

SEND ME MUNEY! <----Notice the spelling

YOU HAVE 24 HOURS OR I WILL PUT YOU IN COLLECTION! <---I love his grammer and punctual skills. Let alone his professionalism!

This is only a week into knowing this guy! I got the same attitude that others have said and reported here, and boy did it come fast! Unfortunately I lost the original e-mails after Yahoo! deleted my e-mails for inactivity. This works agains't me for several reasons, for example. He doesn't send a hard copy receipt to you, and the little service agreement that I lost after moving to a new home last year is pretty much bull.

I also payed by money order.

So I won't be able to post that information. Back to the story, so after my down payment I completed the full payment of $2,000 dollars the following week. But no Mr. Servidio had put me under Option 2 as I said before, but without my knowledge!

That got me heated for a couple of reasons: 1 He started saying I owed him money (yelling) and 2 he would call either to early or to late and end up getting my brother or another family member on the phone and would yell at them!

When I called him back ready to smash him over the phone, I told him that I didn't want that option. But by then he had not only already customized the site the way he wanted it, giving it the name and Option 2 features. He told me in a completely different and more professional manner that it would be the best choice if I wanted to make money. He also threw in his wannabe advertising package at a discount of $200. I being young and inexperienced thought it was ok and agreed. What a big mistake that was! He turned completely mad and started wanting money like every day, to make it worse his wife and some assistant guy would be the ones also handling my account. So I was in circles with Jay, his wife and another guy. Telling them that I didn't owe them anything and the payment for the Option 2 plus advertising was made. You see Jay is also bad at keeping track so his assistants didn't know what was going on and appearantly didn't care because they were as mean as he was. So I broke it off after doing more research and finding all the reports here and other sites. I wish I had found this information sooner. I told Jay that I wanted a refund and I was done, it had not been 30 days. He began talking about collections and what not but it didn't bother me I was to upset and it began to enter my personal life of a hard working college student wanting to make extra money. So I "said forget it, keep the money this industry is not for me." Just don't bother me anymore.

So he said "sure" and he went away, for ol about two years!

This January I find out that I have been sued for 1,000 dollars, is he crazy! I actually have a court hearing June 19, 2007.

It will cost me more just to go there and tell the judge that this guy is an idiot. 1,000 dollars? Is he paying rent or something? Don't waste people's time with B.S. like this!!

I'll defeat this guy but I want all of you to know it and I hope that with all you, we put this guy away for good and live peacefully. Take care everyone and wish me luck!!

Teleteria is a great company.

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Thu, May 06, 2010

Our terms are that we require a 50% deposit and the balance due upon completion and approval by the client.

If they dont approve the site then they dont have to pay the balance but once they send in site acceptance email then they are required to pay the balance before they are set up with the billing company that pays them on their revenue.

I dont handle the billing and the only time I personally phone clients for money is when they are about to go to collections.

If I dont pay my cable bill I get a letter threatening to cut my cable off. I dont go to ripoffreport and post about my cable company. I either pay the bill or lose service.

If this person is a real client all he has to do is contact me and we would be happy to work something out. We dont want to lose any client and will be willing to work out an arrangement that he can handle.

Teleteria can not sue you!

I have been following your comments. I and many others have endured the same treatment as you have. There are other threads here that mention the court system of CT. He can not sue you there if you do not live in that state. The additional threads will give you information to present before the judge. If you wish you can have me contacted by the courts to testify on your behalf to back up your story. I would take every thread about teleteria, print it out for the judge to look over. Be sure and contact the governor of CT. any contact infor on this board is good. There are also links to the IFCC internet fraud Computer Crime force., contact them. Get in touch with the FBI about this punk knowingly selling a product he well knows is illegal to operate with in the US. Report him for possible tax evasion. He made you pay with a money order? Did you have to make it out in his name and not teleteria or another one of his bogus company' names. We have good sound information he is hiding money and not reporting his taxes correctly. I think if you do this, it will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Jay Servivio *Sercidio* is doing something illegal. Whay all the name changes? This man has something to hide. It will take us time, but when we find out it will be all over google and any adult chat boards. You could just let him sue you, he wins out of default, you turn around and counter sue him in your state and you stand a good chance to win. If you need to contact me, ask the moderator of this board to put you in touch with me in case you need a charachter witness. Do your research *google* teleteria and start loading the complaints. I can not wait until they lock these scumy leeches in jail. YOUR DAY IS COMING SERVIDIO'S! SERCIDIO'S!

Thank you for your suggestions. No you didn't affend me, it's ok. But yes for the most part you are right as for how long it was going on? I say about three weeks at most. The way it went was more like I was pulled into the theats of having my credit ruined or whatever else, when I wanted to back out of the company less then two weeks of working with him. So he made a deal giving me a discount on advertising ($300 total) to go along with my last payment "To make back the money I spent" ($500 if I recall) So it was $800 total. So I payed for the $300 advertising deal but then I called it quits after words, now as for the remaining $500 dollars. That came from him bumping me up to Option 2 ($2500) from my previous choice of Option 1 ($2000) So if you look at it I don't owe him anything I payed 2,300 total. I requested A refund but of course he didn't hold to it, after arguing for awhile I said forget it just leave me alone. And now here we are two years later he sues me for double what he thinks I owe. About my Yahoo account, I was inactive for a few months perhaps four or so. I will definitely go to court though, I understand I made some mistakes but I didn't do anything wrong, and it's not like I own anything of his. He still and always has owned the site reselling it to others. But again thank you all, my mind is clear and made up. I will go and karma will also be along for the ride. Hopefully I can shed some light on this matter for us all. ~Take care~

First of all.. do not worry about going to court.. This guy is going to show up in court, I can guarantee you.... I would be prepared to bring copies of your ID and Social Security Card (to show your signatures).. he may have manipulated paperwork to support his case.. I would contact Yahoo to find out about retrieval of e-mails... Use this contact information(dont use the 1-800 numbers yahoo wants you to use)... When you call in to Yahoo Headquarters, ask for the general counsel... When you get connected to someone in his office, advise that you need copies of e-mails sent/received from whatever time frame.... However, YOU MUST ADVISE THAT THIS IS FOR DISCOVERY FOR A LEGAL CASE. Usually, they will comply and come forward. 701 First Avenue Sunnyvale, CA 94089 United States - Map Phone: 408-349-3300 Fax: 408-349-3301 Web Site: http://www.yahoo.com Mr. Terry S. Semel Chairman of Board and Chief Exec. Officer Ms. Susan Decker Chief Financial Officer and Head of Marketing Products Division of Advertiser & Publisher Group Mr. Farzad Nazem Chief Technology Officer and Head of Technology Mr. Michael Callahan Exec. VP, Sec. and Gen. Counsel Mr. David Filo Co-Founder and Chief Yahoo! ONE OTHER POINT.... If you make statements in court, the judge will not hold you accountable for SLANDER. Since you are taking an oath to tell the truth, your liability for a future lawsuit or sanctions for something said is greatly minimized.. Just do not disrespect the judge...

So be careful in court

You have no emails of his threats, no way to show what you paid because you used a money order, and you kept giving him money after you told him you didn't want what he was pushing on you? That sound right? I am not trying to be mean, but didn't you think that sending this guy money might be a bad idea? How long has this been going on? Yahoo doesn't just delete emails over night - what was it a year or more? If it is small claims court, go in with whatever you do have in the way of correspondence and just tell the judge your story. If the guy is really this bad you wont have anything to worry about. If you don't show up for court though, you lose automatically. Sending the judge some unfounded statements about him being a tax cheat might just get you in a bunch more trouble for liable. Be real careful on what you have for proof, and what people think or say or feel.

Thank you very much for your help. It feels very good to know that I am not alone in this. I have a few of questions: You say Jay commits tax envasion, but how exactly? I ask because if I need to bring that up I would like to know he does that. Also, I am not exactly sure how to go about the FBI but I will definitely give it a shot. Finally what do you suggest about going to court? I can bring all of this evidence, but others have said that he may not even show up. I however will send all of these reports to the judge before my court date, in hopes that he will throw this case out. I simply don't have time for this Crap. I will get to work on this, thank you again and take care.

We have been following him for years. It would be in your best interest to contact the FBI immediately to report fraud, also contact the IRS and report him for tax evasion. You need to go on every adult chat board and post this story of the worthless scum, it is better to keep him out front for others to see. We have managed to strangle his business at shows and if he shows up to any events, there are plenty of adult webmasters that are ready to toss him and his but ugly scamming wife into the street. If you search the name Teleteria complaints or Teleteria fraud you will see tons of complaints about the internets biggest fraudster. When you go to court, be sure to print out all the complaints and show them to the judge. I would love to see how this fat a*s pig servidio explains why he is committing fraud and possible Tax evasion. You may want to try to contact The Wood or Tommy Deuce on the adult chat boards; he can give you some information and how to go about defending yourself against such scum as Jay Servidio and Carol Servidio. You are now #57 on the list of people he has scammed. Oh and Jay , you lard a$$ pig, we are still here and will one day see you in jail along with that pig of a wife you have.
