Back in February my husband got an offer to get a credit card, it sounded like a really good deal, so they took out of his checking account at 2 different times money. The first time they took out $119, and the second time it $99.

After they took the money out they were supposed to send him a catalog. He received the catalog, and was told that he would then within 10 days receive credit card offers. He waited and no offers came.

Finally on 3/28/02 he called and talked to Cheryl and she siad that she would find out for him how he could go about getting his money back and she would call him back. She never called. Again on 4/12/02 he called and talked to a Vivian who told him that Cheryl was checking on his refund, and that someone would call him back the same day. He never heard anything.

It has now been almost 2 months, and he is yet to receive any calls back from these people and has seen no money go back into his account. He has tried to call them, and I as well have. We have also faxed them copies of his bank statement to show the money was for sure taken out. And no reply from them.

His patience are beginning to run very thin. Each time he has talked to them he has been calm. All we are wanting to find a way to get his money back. As the rest of you know, money doesn't grow on trees. Although I am beginning to think that this company doesn't think that people really miss $218.
