I have had the great plessure of dealing with Ethan Muir for the three years that I have been a telus mobility client! Ethan started working at the telus mobility store in Market Mall, Calgary Alberta directly after high school. I, soon after that transfered from Rogers, to telus. I was very dissapointed a year later to find out that he would be transfering to Surrey BC. Ethan provided me with his personal cell phone number and insured me that I could call him at anytime with any problems in regards to my account. Which I have on several occations!! An example of this. On my May 2008 bill I was charged $51.00 for texting and a $31.00 fee for long distance charges. I was quite perplexed as to why, as I have a plan that covers both texting and long distance. I called the *611 number on my cell to get some help on this issue. The person that I spoke with was both rude and abropt with me and informed me that I was mistaken in regards to the aspects of my plan. I was very upset and angered at this blatent disregard of my concerns. I then phoned and left a message for Ethan to look into this for me. That afternoon I received a call from Ethan letting me know that he had looked into the problem and had both long distance charges and text charges removed from my bill!!! I understand MS. Don't rip me off's frustrations with telus' policies but I am disheartened that she would publicly slander a young man she knows nothing about. I would like to share a small part of what I have had the plessure of learning about Ethan. He is an extremely hard working young man who is always willing to put himself out there for his clients. He is attending a local Bible college full time to become a minister and has worked full time at telus to pay for this on his own, no loans, no help!!! I will continue to support him in this indever and with remain a loyal telus and ETHAN supporter. God knows your charactor Ethan Muir even if Ms. Don't rip me off is sadly and completely ignorent to it!!

I would also like to add, that going into the store and screaming and freaking out when you hear things you don't wan't to hear. Doesn't resolve anything and just makes you look stupid. STAY CALM AND PATIENT. Then start resolution through better means.
