teresa cwik is a liar, and a thief. She will steal your money given any opportunity. She lies to cover up her scandalous behavior and claims people are 'out to get her' and my favorite line..."I'm a single mom just trying to make a living"... if you fell for her pathetic lies don't feel bad. She is good at what she does. Teresa Cwik with Showcase Staging likes to blame other people for her problems and hates to be exposed about what she is up to. She lashes back calling others 'cyber-criminals", extortionists, and con artists when she is the one stealing from innocent people and collect deposits for properties she doesn't own and pocketing it. She calls is 'non-refundable' and when you try to ask for the money back she says "you should have read the fine print."
Teresa Cwik is pissed off beyond belief because by exposing her scam, she will have trouble conning people out of money!!!!

You can expect her to give some sob story about being personally attacked by people she never did any business with and is being extorted money from... how she is a single mom and needs the money and some people are out to get her and ruin her 'fine' business...

i am an ex-employee of showcase staging houston and teresa cwik's ex-assistant.... this woman is VERY UNSTABLE and i have personally seen her lie to many people and rip them off. she takes large application fees and deposits and never places people in a home. she advertises other people's work on her website. her actual work looks nothing like what she has on her website. if customers decide they dont want to work with her after seeing (literally) the junk she tries to put on their properties, she harrasses them and asks for large amounts $$$ for cancellation fees...

It is ILLEGAL to practice property management in Texas without a valid Real Estate License.

She is unaccountable and makes a mockery of people that had to work hard to obtain and keep their licenses. I don't put much stock into a good portion of the reports filed here, and for good reason.  However, it pains me to read owner/employee rebuttals such as yours that have ridiculous claims in them.  Most of what you said is very level-headed and probably true, but there's one little tidbit you might want to elaborate upon if you want to seem genuine.

You say that Texas recently passed a law making their 'activity' illegal.  Think about what that means.  Texas, a state famous for it's protection of individual liberties, made a law that would deem these people's first amendment right to free speech illegal.  I find this hard to believe, and doubt very much your ability to prove it.  Please respond with the statute that you have interpreted in such a way.  I can guarantee that it doesn't say what you think it says, or is intended to be applied in the way you wish it were.

ALL the reports here on Rip Off Reports are being filed by Vandi Kalsi and her boyfriend Eric Bradshaw.  This has been going on for over a year now.  Texas recently passed a law making their activity a criminal offense. They have filed numerous complaints with numerous online sites similar to Rip Off Reports or blogging sites about me Teresa Cwik and/or my company Showcase Staging Houston.

Vandi Kalsi and Eric Bradshaw have had NO dealings whatsoever with Showcase Staging Houston.  Their complaints are for a company I previously worked for Showhomes Houston.  They have also targeted Showhomes Houston and the owner Andy Wilson.

One of their biggest complaints with Showhomes concerns the contract they SIGNED prior to moving into a home.  Well, they had the opportunity to read & review the contract PRIOR to SIGNING IT confirming they agreed to the terms.  If they did not agree to the terms they shouldn't have signed the contract and they shouldn't have moved into the home.  This would have been the smart thing to do.  Instead, they sign it, move into the home, do not abide by the terms of the contract and then get offended when we enforce said terms.

I am not the only target of their malicioius activity and harassment.  They have targeted many other people and their business's too.  There are many of us in Houston within the Real Estate and Home Staging Industries they have targeted.

Common Sense tells you that not EVERYONE could have wronged them!

They do not use their "real name" and they setup fictious accounts using alia's and then file numerous complaints using these alia's.  This makes it look like whatever business and/or person they are targeting has numerous complaints when a google search is done using the targeted person's name or business name. Some of those they have targeted have not had any dealings with them. 

ALL of the negative posts being blogged and reported were done by either Vandi Kalsi or her boyfriend Eric Bradshaw.

Even though this activity has been going on against me and my company for over a year I REFUSE to stoop to their level. I have not Posted to date anything other than rebuttals for what they have done.  But, they must be stopped from filing all these untrue and malicious things against hard working ethical people their business's.

Rip off Report does not ever remove a report.  You can read about this in their terms & conditions. It doesn't matter if it is true or not true or how extinuating the circumstances are.

I have no doubt that whomever reads the reports by Vandi Kalsi and Eric Bradshaw will make an intelligent decision to disregard their untrue accusations.
