Juan, You should contact the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS and file a complaint. The GLVAR does NOT take any complaints lightly either...Actually the GLVAR leaves the burden of proof of innocence right in the lap of a REALTOR. The licensee must prove themselves to not be guilty of the allegations against them. In this instance it IS the consumer who is comes first. The Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS is in the phone book. If this agent is indeed guilty of the infractions you claim, then you need to bring it to the attention of the GLVAR. Do not let a bad seed get away....take action and save a future "victim" from her unscrupulous behavior. Good luck.
