Evidence Description: I have bought through Ebay, 2 triton chargers. I have payed through Paypal, which caharged my credit cards. I never recieved the marchendise, I have asked at the poste office at more than one occasion. I also have email exchanges with seler promising to send marchendise.
Crime Description: Bought through Ebay 2 Trion Chargers from Terry Rollins (see details below). Payed through Paypal, which charges on my credit cards. I contact seller by email after some weeks to ask what happens. He said to wait that customs can be slow. After some time, I called him and he promised to send it again. I never recieved anything at all. The post office can confirm and there was no package slip. I tried resolving the issue by email further, and also called him again. I did not have any success in getting the marchendise or my money back. I have tried filing a complaint with Paypal but I did that too late, the suggested filing a complint with RCMP.
