First off, company took 1.5 months to deliver product (must have started warranty from order date)

Upon problem with equipment, phoned in for repair and waited for RMA to return product for repair (over 1 week(I suppose to over-exten the warranty))

When RMA was recieved and product shipped back, waited for answer.

After 1 week I called and they said they were waiting for parts.

Week 2, called again, said parts were recieved and waited for call for expected arrival

Week 3, called again, Said parts were on order (wait a minute I thought parts were already recieved)

Week 3.5, called again, said they couldn't repair had to be shipped back to factory but was out of warranty (unfortunately they delayed the response of the RMA to put the item 6 days over the warranty period)

I told them to hold onto unit until I got problem straighteded out, 2 days later item shows up via FedEx at my doorstep with packing slip that says "Repair declined" (Odd, I don't remember telling them that).

Upon phoning the company, I recieved a basic response that I am screwed, tuff luck. Now I am out $4000 which I am making payments on. I have lost about $5000 + in revenue because of time without instrument and lost clients and another $250 in shipping cost which I did not authorize.

Test Equipment Connection is a very lowly operated business with unethical paractices.
