Texas Motors Ford Decptive Trade and Insurance Fraud....ripoff Fort Worth Texas
When I purchased my truck from TXMF I was told by the finance manager John Arrington that Ford Credit required me to have GAP, DISABLITY Insurance on my contract, After a bout with a serious illness I Found out from Ford Credit that they had nothing to do with the insurance nor required it.
The dealership recieves a 50% commision on the sales of these insurance policies. After checking with the Teaxs Dept.of Insurance It was found that the Finance Manager is not licensed by the state to sell insurance, which is required by law.
I ask anyone who was also told by a finance manager they had to buy GAP or Disability Insurance to get financing approved to please contact me I am putting together a class action case. Thanks and Have a great Day :)
