Texas Used Engines Jamie Mitchke Ordered and paid for used engine 11/3/2014, it has yet to ship, excuses, it will ship, on and on, now will not answer phone or email - fraud Spring Texas
I called Texas Used Engines on Nov 1 (approx). they had a used engine to fit my truck with 71,00 miles they said. Sounds great, how do i get it shipped here. They said i would have to pay Westrn Union, then it would ship. I asked for an invoice, they sent it. In a few days Western Union notified me they picked up the money. I called Texas Used Engines, they said the engine was on the dock and would ship out, they would call with date and i could pay the shipper for shipping when it arrived. I didn't hear back, so after a few days, i called, they said yes it will ship, would be there by Friday Nov 21. it never came. Called the following week. they said let me check with shipping, never called back. Called again, said it would be there by Friday Dec 5. did not. I repeated and got voice mail that said the person's mailbox is full you cannot leave a message. called in Dec, they said I should have got it by now. They said we have another motor with 68,000 we will ship it with another carrier. Never got it. i have sent multiple emails, multiple phone calls, no response to any. I have filed a complaint with BBB, they received no respones from them. I have filed with the Attorney Generals office in Texas, no response to date. I am in process of filing in small claims court, but i believe this to be fraud at this point
