Texoma Boat Rentals George Minukhin Texoma Boat Rentals Beware when renting any sort of watercraft from this company - you WILL receive unauthorized charges for damamges you did not do! Pottsboro Texas Pottsboro, Texas
We rented a Pantoon from this company with the agreed rate of $ 200 for 4 hours. I prepaid $ 236 (with tax), signed the contract, went for a boat rise, paid for the gas $ 28 and got back to our resort.
After couple of days, I see an unauthorized charge for $ 183 from this company. Left three voice mails to this company (but they never got back). I disputed the charge through my credit card company and get a reply that it is for the damages and HE mentioned, HE SPOKE TO ME REGARDING THAT.
There was NO damage, in fact, it is one of his folks who pulled in the boat. Now figure that this is NOT the first time the owner (George Munikhin) is doing this to consumers. I DO NOT EVEN KNOW, HOW DID HE GET MY SIGNATURE in the manual swipe. I guess, he takes an imprint of the signature, when you sign the contract document.
PLEASE BEWARE OF DEALING WITH THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE NOT "BBB" accredited and indulge in fraud practices. He know that the credit card company will NOT treat it as fraud, since you dealt with this business nor will treat it as a dispute since he has the papers.
I am planning to take this company to the court and hope that other folks will NOT get ripped off as I did!
