TFP Ink Cartridges False info. Listing says 90 day guarantee. File a claim their small print says repair/replace only, buyer pays ship both ways! They new product would survive elec. outage but didn't disclose. Internet
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
The listing for the ink cartridge says there is a "100% satisfaction guarantee for 90 days". What a line of crap. Try to file a claim and they refer you to the small print. Only can return for repair or replace. Buyer pays shipping both ways. That'll cost me $12 to get a replacement for a cartridge that cost $16! In other words I got screwed.
Further, there is no disclosure that the cartridges are remanufactured unless you read the tiny fine print. "Quick Overview
Lexmark 18C0035 color inkjet print cartridges create crisp, clear color with great speed." When you get package there is a note that your printer may give a warning notice that the ink is low as is is remanufactered. They know their cartridges aren't 100% compatible.
Less than 3 weeks after installing their piece of garbage I get error report from printer that the cartridge is incorrect and I cannnot print.
Sad thing is I am on a severely limited fixed income and use the printer for what extra oncome I can generate. Now I am out of work until I can replace this fraudulent piece of garbage. Along with my $22. Not much to scam artists like them but a lot to me.
