Stop the illegal Labor practices at your Quito, Ecuador franchise.
Wage theft and exploitation of refugees needs to be stopped.
The practice of "proof days" must be stopped immediately.
The people who worked these so called "proof days" must be paid for the hours they worked.
An apology needs to be issued to all affected parties immediately.
The pay is only $390.00 a month for a 40 hour week, and your franchisee has the gall not to pay people.
My friend worked there and almost became homeless over this "proof day" scenario which is very prevalent in Quito, there exploiting the refugees from Venezuela, many who have left their country with just what they can carry, many have walked for days to try to better their life.
Do the right thing!
