I originally purchased my first H2O mop from a TV infomercial.  I thought it was a great concept to sanitize floors with no chemicals needed and no real bending since I have a bad hip and was undergoing breast cancer treatments and surgeries at the time.  At first, it was an easy effective way of cleaning a large house that only has hard flooring. Within 6 months, water was pouring from the bottom and saturating my floors.  I notified the company and they mailed me some washers to replace on the mop.  My husband put them on, the mop continued to pour water from the head.  I have no carpet in my house so I needed a new mop right away since I have 2 kids and a dog and my floors need frequent cleaning.  I emailed customer service and got no response.  I purchased a new H2O mop at a local store and thought maybe my issue was just a one time defective model.

I thought if this one broke the store would take it back. Within 6 months of buying that one, the same problem happened.  I again contacted Thane for a replacement and they sent me troubleshooting tips, that's it.   I asked for a new mop and got no response.  I had also bought several extra mop head cloths seperately so I wanted to be able to utilize them and they wouldn't have fit on other brands. Foolish me, purchased yet another mop hoping the company would eventually send me some kind of credit or new well functioning product after all of my complaints and money spent.  Three hundred dollars and 3 mops later I am again stuck with a useless malfunctioning unusable mop with the same problems as the first 2. I sent the company another email just today and am again waiting for a response which I will probably never get. These mops are expensive and NO ONE stands behind them.  The last 2 were purchased at a local home store and they told me to notify the company directly, they would not take the mops back.  How can a company get away with selling junk and just ignore the complaints when they come in?  It's obviously a lemon design.
